Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack
Build full-stack infrastructure for enterprise trust & safety platforms, including AI content review agents, durable workflows, moderator UIs, analytics dashboards, and high-scale reliability features. Requires 5+ years across stack with end-to-end ownership and customer problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Build AI agents that review content against customer policies, using configurable agent specs in a durable workflow engine.
- Develop workflow engine nodes on Restate for automation of moderation pipelines, NCMEC reporting, and enforcement actions.
- Enhance review queue tooling UI for moderators: QA overrides, attribute labeling, forms, skills-based routing.
- Create analytics and metrics dashboards with React frontend and Django/GraphQL API.
- Implement two-way user communications integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ensure reliability at scale: define SLIs, improve throughput, own oncall.
Requirements
- 5+ years building production software across the stack: Django or similar backend, React or similar frontend, relational databases, message/event systems.
- Experience identifying customer problems and building end-to-end solutions.
- Comfort with high-throughput, data-intensive systems (pipeline throughput, latency, scale tradeoffs).
- Strong point of view on AI tooling for code; fluent and opinionated.
- End-to-end ownership from data model to API to UI.
- Clear written communication for PRs, Slack, customer docs.

- Experience in Trust & Safety or abuse prevention.
- Startup/early-stage experience shipping fast with limited resources.
- Familiarity with workflow/automation systems, policy engines, case management tools.
