Staff Product Designer
The Staff Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for complex AI-powered B2B product areas while shaping design strategy, systems, and quality standards. The role requires deep product design experience, strategic influence, comfort with ambiguity, technical fluency, and fluent Hungarian and English.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for complex product areas, from discovery through launch, defining what to build and how to build it.
- Lead design for AI-powered meeting, mobile, financial-document, and data-sync experiences.
- Elevate craft and establish quality standards through critique, design reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Influence product direction and roadmap decisions by advocating for user needs and identifying opportunities.
- Partner with leadership on design strategy, systems, patterns, frameworks, and standards.
- Establish design infrastructure that unblocks the team without over-engineering.
- Mentor and sharpen other designers through critique, problem framing, and collaborative work.
Requirements
- Experience leading design for AI-powered products, including trustworthy intelligent systems, unpredictable outputs, and user confidence.
- Comfortable using LLMs and tools such as Cursor or Claude Code to explore ideas and create tangible prototypes.
- Deep product design experience with complex B2B or enterprise products.
- Demonstrated strategic impact, strong craft, and design leadership through influence rather than formal authority.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, resource-constrained, and 0-to-1 environments.
- Experience establishing design practices, design systems, or reusable patterns.
- Strong judgment about when to pursue rigor and when to move quickly.
- Technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering on technical decisions and constraints.
- Fluent Hungarian and English.
