Responsibilities
- Deliver customer-facing UI experiences and A/B experiments to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Architect scalable front-end solutions and build features end-to-end across the product lifecycle, including front-end, back-end, infrastructure as code, system design, debugging, and testing.
- Partner with product, design, and data/analytics teams to define outcome measurements, establish experimentation frameworks, track behavioral attribution, and shape product roadmaps.
- Improve application performance, code quality, security, and developer productivity across core properties.
- Ensure product experiences comply with trust and safety principles.
Requirements
- Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for building reusable SDKs and UI components.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
- Experience building high-scale serverless systems, such as Cloudflare Workers, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions.
- Experience designing interfaces for business KPIs, running A/B experiments, using feature flags or gating, and leveraging telemetry.
- Strong foundation in system design and experience working with or designing RESTful APIs.
- Experience building tools or frameworks that improve developer productivity.
- Experience with modern AI/LLM-augmented workflows.

- Go, Rust, or Python.
- Experience using Cloudflare products, including Workers, Access, Zaraz, or cache configuration.
- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
