Sr. Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the patient experience at Rula, focused on making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care
• Dig into data to understand patient pain points
• Collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to uncover what drives stronger engagement and better outcomes
• Lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements that make a real difference in patients' lives

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products
• Proven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable improvements in user experience and engagement
• Experience running A/B tests and using common statistical techniques to evaluate results
• Excellent communication skills: able to clearly articulate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to different audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a two-sided marketplace, with a strong understanding of how to balance and optimize for supply and demand dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field
