- Coordinate and develop junior teammates to deliver at a high and consistent standard.
- Manage delivery margin; building efficient operating models on every account.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical delivery, or customer success management.
- Proven track record of architecting and managing complex enterprise implementations end to end.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and developing individual contributors.
- Strong analytical mindset; tracks delivery margin, adoption curves, and value realization metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable playbooks that other teams adopt.
- Excellent communicator who can serve as the customer’s primary delivery authority.
- Experience in AI/ML, SaaS, or industrial technology delivery environments preferred.
