Advises product and commercial leaders on pricing strategy and execution, managing SKU and price-change processes while analyzing market, competitive, deal, and margin data. Requires a bachelor’s degree, quantitative modeling expertise, enterprise sales experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pricing models, frameworks, and methodologies across products and services.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Leadership on complex deal reviews and commercial negotiations.
- Analyze customer, market, competitive, and financial data to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
- Manage the SKU lifecycle, including additions, changes, removals, approvals, implementation, release, and verification.
- Develop proposals for and implement annual pricing increases.
- Support pricing and packaging proposals with modeling, scenario analysis, benchmark data, and implementation planning.
- Monitor pricing performance and report on pricing effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve pricing tools, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Advise business leaders on pricing and commercial matters.
- Prepare pricing-change announcements and training materials with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical function.
- Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex commercial transactions.
- Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ownership of deadline-driven processes, including quality assurance and production testing.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and quoting, including CPQ, RCA, or RMA.
