Leads go-to-market strategy and operations for frontier model and product launches, coordinating commercial readiness, customer adoption analysis, capacity planning, and executive reporting across GTM, Product, Research, Finance, and Compute.

Responsibilities

Run launches

  • Serve as the GTM directly responsible individual for product and model launches, including pre-launch account selection, field readiness, and launch-week operations.
  • Synthesize customer adoption signals, usage patterns, migration behavior, and field feedback into actionable executive readouts.
  • Design and run feedback loops across account executives, Customer Success, Applied AI, and customer response teams.

Evolve NPI methodology

  • Design and iterate GTM's new product introduction methodology for standard releases and managed-access programs.
  • Establish operating cadences, roles, handoffs, and launch-readiness standards.
  • Own executive reporting for launch adoption trends and retrospectives.

Cross-functional partnership

  • Coordinate with Product Strategy & Operations and Research on launch planning and commercial readiness.
  • Partner with Sales Strategy & Operations, Applied AI, and Customer Success on field execution across segments and regions.
  • Work with Capacity teams on rate limits, provisioning, capacity planning, and capacity efficiency.
  • Collaborate on targeting, sequencing, and competitive response.

Requirements

  • Experience in product operations, product marketing operations, release management, management consulting, or GTM strategy and operations.
  • Experience running high-stakes, operations-heavy programs with significant cross-functional dependencies at a high-velocity product company.
  • Ability to balance business, safety, and repeatability considerations.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience designing metrics and reporting and partnering with analytics engineering teams on data design.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Nice-to-haves

  • SQL and code-level data proficiency.
  • Advanced modeling in Sheets or Excel.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker or BigQuery.
  • Experience at an AI, developer-tools, API-first, or B2B SaaS company with consumption-based pricing.
  • Familiarity with sales, revenue operations, product marketing, or product management.
  • Familiarity with safety, trust and safety, or security-review processes in a product context.
  • Experience operating successfully in ambiguity at a rapidly changing company.

Compensation and benefits

  • Annual compensation: $270,000–$270,000 USD.
  • Hybrid policy: staff are expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office time.
  • Visa sponsorship may be available depending on the role and candidate.
