Core Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Security leadership.
  • Handle sophisticated calendars in fast-paced environment, prioritizing commitments.
  • Book domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Track and process expense reports.
  • Plan and support office events, executive briefings, and external security events.
  • Manage sensitive communications and confidential materials.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively with teams and external contacts.
