What You'll Do
- Build the internal tools and automations that make support fast, accurate, and scalable
- Ship AI-assisted support workflows that deflect, triage, and resolve issues faster
- Fix problems at the source: ship product and DX improvements that stop tickets before they happen
- Turn recurring support pain into engineering solutions the whole team relies on
- Work close to real developer problems and close the loop between support and product
What We're Looking For
- Strong full-stack engineer who likes building tools other people depend on
- Built internal tools, automations, or developer-facing systems that got used every day
- Think about leverage: how one system can save a team hundreds of hours
- Bonus for experience building with LLMs in production (prompt engineering, tool use, inference pipelines) or with support/DX tooling
- Move fast and close the loop - you'd rather ship, measure, and iterate than perfect on paper
Requirements
- 4+ years as a full-stack engineer, ideally building internal tools, automations, or developer-facing systems
- Must already be authorized to work in the US or our eligible remote-hire regions
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building with LLMs in production (prompt engineering, tool use, inference pipelines)
- Experience with support/DX tooling
