About the role

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively drive sales growth and market penetration of Ataraxis oncology products through direct, field sales to individual oncologists within your designated territory.
  • Prospecting new business and maintaining relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated high-performance sales experience. We strongly prefer candidates with sales experience in oncology, especially in breast cancer.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and demonstrated achievement through awards or recognition (e.g., President's Club, Rookie of the Year).
  • Passionate about AI and innovation in healthcare, driven to learn and effectively communicate AI-based diagnostic solutions.
  • Autonomous, capable of excelling independently in a hyper-growth start-up environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment; demonstrates resilience, urgency, and focus on closing deals.
