Account Executive - Mid-Market Western US
Senior quota-carrying Account Executive managing mid-market accounts in Western US, driving upsell, cross-sell, new logo sales, and end-to-end sales processes. Requires Bachelor's or equivalent sales experience, strong prospecting, forecasting, and C-Level engagement skills with 50-75% travel.
Principal Responsibilities
- Prioritize all job responsibilities without oversight, including customer contacts, to maximize business results and sales.
- Sell to all stakeholders within existing and prospective accounts, independently developing messaging to support sales efforts.
- Engage with C-Level Executives at new and existing clients, identify and demonstrate the value of RSA solutions.
- Conduct regular account planning, both internally and directly with customers, to generate new and expansion pipeline.
- Support key business reviews and strategic planning meetings, identify customer challenges or improvement plans, and address sales-related customer challenges.
- Own end-to-end sales process for new logo sales and expansion within existing customers.
- Support renewals to identify new opportunities and provide input on renewal strategy.
- Upsell, cross-sell, and new logo sales; independently develop and execute sales and pricing strategies.
Skills
- Execute comprehensive sales process, leveraging MEDDPICC and additional sales training methodologies.
- Confidence and independence in engaging with C-Level contacts.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in independently developing and conducting complex sales campaigns and negotiations, leveraging internal business partners.
- Prospecting skills to gain access to new customers and contacts.
- Independently complete business and sales forecasting.
- Willingness to travel up to 50-75%.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales experience required.
Compensation
Pay Range (On Target Earnings): $125,000 - $175,000
