About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of Speakeasy AI Control Plane through full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close
  • Work with mid-market and enterprise buyers on AI-native workflows, discovery, demos, contract negotiation, and deal closing
  • Partner with GTM, product, and marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and market strategy
  • Build sales playbook as an early sales hire

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling technical, developer-adjacent or infrastructure products
  • Strong discovery and qualification instincts
  • Ability to build and advance C-suite and SVP relationships, manage multi-quarter sales cycles with technical evaluations and enterprise procurement
  • Manage pipeline of 15–30 active opportunities with excellent forecasting and CRM hygiene
