Account Executive
Account Executive owns full sales cycle for Speakeasy AI Control Plane, targeting mid-market and enterprise buyers. Requires 3-5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with technical products, strong discovery, and C-suite relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Speakeasy AI Control Plane through full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close
- Work with mid-market and enterprise buyers on AI-native workflows, discovery, demos, contract negotiation, and deal closing
- Partner with GTM, product, and marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and market strategy
- Build sales playbook as an early sales hire
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling technical, developer-adjacent or infrastructure products
- Strong discovery and qualification instincts
- Ability to build and advance C-suite and SVP relationships, manage multi-quarter sales cycles with technical evaluations and enterprise procurement
- Manage pipeline of 15–30 active opportunities with excellent forecasting and CRM hygiene
