Account Executive
Drive sales for a healthcare data intelligence platform. Own top-of-funnel activities, shadow and eventually lead sales calls, and close contracts with healthcare organizations. Requires 5+ years SaaS AE quota experience and SF/Bay Area location.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with founders and sales team on improving top-of-funnel activities
- Participate in GTM discussions with founders to develop strategies for booking more meetings
- Shadow sales calls with the sales team and learn the sales process
- Take own meetings and close contracts
- Ramp up to expert-level domain knowledge in healthcare interoperability and data exchange during onboarding
Requirements
- 5+ years experience hitting quota as an AE in SaaS sales
- Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area (or willing to relocate)
- Entrepreneurial-minded with olympian-level work ethic
- Confident taking sales calls and closing customers, but willing to start with top-of-funnel SDR-type work during ramp-up
- Exceptional communicator who can empathize with customers and founders
- Strong writing skills and high attention to detail
- Technical knowledge (understand APIs and SDKs) to sell to engineering leaders
- Strong sense of ownership and demonstrated ability to lead self and others
