Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers, helping them adopt and scale Figma in alignment with their business and technical goals.
  • Lead structured technical engagements to assess customer environments, identify risks or gaps, and provide prescriptive implementation guidance.
  • Guide customers through enterprise API usage and system integrations.
  • Partner with developer teams to improve design-to-code workflows, including Dev Mode adoption and extensibility initiatives.
  • Deliver technical workshops and training sessions on sophisticated platform features.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer experience, and product teams to provide cohesive technical guidance.
  • Surface technical insights and opportunities that support renewals, expansion, and long-term account growth.
  • Build relationships with technical stakeholders and executive sponsors by translating technical concepts into business value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, enterprise customer success, or a related technical advisory role within a SaaS organization.
  • Understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, development frameworks, and identity management frameworks.
  • Experience advising on or implementing AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments, including architectural considerations, governance requirements, and integration strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Consultative approach and ability to navigate multiple stakeholders in complex customer environments.
  • Professional fluency in English and Japanese.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Figma or other design and developer collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of structured AI guideline or instruction files for MCP servers or AI agents, including behavioral constraints, guardrails, and integration standards.
  • Frontend development experience or familiarity with design-to-code workflows.
  • Experience delivering technical workshops, enablement sessions, or advisory services.
