Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of conversational AI products and use cases end-to-end, including roadmap, prioritization, requirements, launch, performance monitoring, and iteration.
- Define success metrics spanning renter value, partner value, business outcomes, hallucination rates, survey scores, and conversational quality.
- Identify opportunities and take new AI use cases from validation through build, launch, and scale.
- Monitor production behavior, review conversations, investigate metrics and feedback, identify regressions, and drive improvements.
- Translate ambiguous problems and validated feedback into product direction, PRDs, Jira tickets, requirements, prioritization decisions, and recommendations for Engineering and Data Science.
- Drive initiatives through QA, launch, and post-launch iteration; proactively unblock decisions and maintain execution momentum.
- Own feedback and evaluation processes, including tagging, language tests, data labeling, stakeholder insights, and A/B or Data Science experiments.
- Turn cross-product learnings into shared Conversation Engine improvements and work across Product, Data Science, Engineering, Operations, and property partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management, technical program management, or engineering experience with strong execution experience.
- Experience ideally involving AI/ML or conversational products.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills in English.
- Highly analytical and methodical, with strong attention to detail and a bias toward action.
- Ability to own ambiguous, unscoped work and turn it into a shipped, quality-assured product with limited oversight.
- Based in Israel and willing to work late evenings Monday through Thursday to overlap with the US-based team.
