Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, legal, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation and management of data partnerships throughout their lifecycle.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish new connections and strengthen the organization's presence.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles within the music and entertainment industries
Deep knowledge and contacts within the music industry and/or entertainment industry
Proven track record of establishing and maintaining successful data partnerships with major industry players
Strong understanding of data integration processes, content licensing models, and metadata standards in media ecosystems
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills with the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
Experience leading and developing small teams to achieve strategic business objectives
Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities within the rapidly evolving entertainment landscape
Proficiency with CRM systems and partnership management tools
