Responsibilities
Content Creation and Curation
Create and maintain field-facing knowledge bases, including battle cards, competitive matrices, and qualification guides.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to keep content accurate and current.
Use AI to create interactive training, templates, automations, and revenue enablement standard operating procedures.
Program and Project Management
Build and maintain quarterly certification programs, new-product enablement initiatives, SDR development programs, process-improvement programs, and Revenue Operations initiatives.
Manage concurrent workstreams using tools such as Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Sales Kickoff and Events
Support end-to-end sales kickoff logistics and planning.
Coordinate presenters, presentations, recordings, agendas, and event production.
Enablement Systems and Processes
Build and maintain systems, trackers, learning paths, communication cadences, interactive content, and automations for the sales organization.
Monitor tool usage and evaluate effectiveness.
Select tooling based on team needs.
Onboarding
Build and maintain onboarding workbooks, ramp plans, and first-90-days curricula.
Manage access and review cycles for onboarding materials.
Build and facilitate in-person training and onboarding.
Continuing GTM Training
Own the sales training calendar, confirm speakers and topics, and maintain a rolling training curriculum.
Develop technical skill-building and partner-specific training with Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales Leaders, and partners.
Partner Enablement
Support partner training trackers and compliance reporting.
Manage certification deadlines and provide guidance on tracking tools.
Requirements
4–7+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales operations, or a sales-methodology-focused role in a high-growth B2B technology environment.
Deep knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or BANT.
Experience translating sales methodologies into CRM fields and process documentation.
Technical fluency and the ability to learn cloud, AI, and infrastructure concepts and translate them into sales content and processes.
Experience planning or running a sales kickoff or similar event, including logistics, agenda development, cross-functional coordination, and production.
Demonstrated program and project management expertise.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to work with AEs, SEs, RevOps, Product, Engineering, and leadership.
Ability to facilitate training and lead weekly sales sessions for the GTM organization.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience building dashboards in Salesforce or tools such as Grafana.
