Responsibilities
- Define and execute a unified analytics strategy with a quarterly-reviewed roadmap.
- Serve as a visible APAC regional leader, connecting local teams with global priorities.
- Lead BI and analytics platform strategy, including persona-driven architecture and enablement paths for power users, consumers, executives, and producers.
- Expand the global analytics platform by strengthening regional implementations and validating repeatable architectures for new regions.
- Operationalize the data estate through observability, SLOs, and handoff standards for production feeds.
- Drive Analytics data governance outcomes, including identifying Critical Data Elements, automating publisher responsibilities, and building an AI-ready data estate.
- Lead and develop globally distributed analytics teams and functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar numerate field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of overall relevant work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, including significant team and function leadership.
- Experience leading Analytics functions in a global SaaS environment.
- Experience as a regional leader, including local culture building and alignment of regional and global priorities.
- Deep data platform experience.
- Data governance leadership experience, including setting standards and securing stakeholder alignment.
- Understanding of AI-consumable data, including lineage, schema, quality, and ontology.
- Strong strategic influence, change leadership, prioritization, problem-solving, ingenuity, and resourcefulness.

- Databricks experience.
