People Analytics & Insights
- Analyze the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, and exit, through dashboards and reports covering hiring, attrition, engagement, performance, promotions, compensation, headcount, and organizational health.
- Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Finance, and other Centers of Excellence on quarterly business reviews, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Design scalable reporting solutions and self-service dashboards for trusted workforce insights.
- Collaborate with HR Technology and data teams on data quality, governance, and consistency across people-data platforms.
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate findings through visualizations and executive-ready presentations.
Advanced People Analytics
- Design, develop, and maintain predictive models to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Apply regression analysis, clustering, forecasting, survival analysis, and segmentation.
- Build and validate models for attrition prediction, workforce forecasting, employee lifecycle and tenure analysis, and hiring and talent pipeline analytics.
- Recommend data-driven solutions for workforce planning and organizational decision-making.
- Evaluate emerging analytical methods and technologies to improve People Analytics capabilities.
AI and Natural Language Processing
- Apply Natural Language Processing techniques to employee feedback from surveys, onboarding, exit interviews, and other listening channels.
- Use topic modeling, sentiment analysis, and text analytics to identify themes and actionable insights.
- Prototype Generative AI use cases for narrative reporting, workforce trend summaries, and people-insight delivery.
- Evaluate AI-enabled solutions while maintaining appropriate governance and data-privacy standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent education and experience.
- 5–8 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Science, or a related analytics discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, SQL, and enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Greenhouse.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or R for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and automation.
- Experience with advanced statistical methods, large complex datasets, data management, and governance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, data visualization, storytelling, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex findings into business recommendations and influence cross-functional decisions.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and emerging AI technologies applied to analytics.
