Responsibilities
- Create integrations, AI tools, and MCP servers for AI agents to access tools securely and ensure world-class customer experience.
- Design and develop AI systems and tools to find and fix customer issues.
- Develop monitoring systems and dashboards to track AI performance and surface customer issue insights.
- Identify automation opportunities in support team's troubleshooting flows.
- Collaborate with Software, Hardware, ML, and Operations teams to reduce issue resolution time and prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL).
- Strong ability to work independently and unblock yourself.
- Experience building tools, integrations, or automation systems using AI and with AI.
- Strong product and UX sense.
- Ability to leverage AI coding assistants (Claude, Devin).
- Strong debugging skills for complex issues.
- Excellent communication across teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with customer support, SRE, or building chatbots.
- Experience writing and implementing post-mortems (or COEs).
