Senior full-stack engineer responsible for taking ambiguous 0-to-1 product concepts from idea through prototype, validation, and launch. The role emphasizes strong frontend development, backend and systems architecture, product judgment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality product experiments across the full stack.
- Turn ambiguous user needs and emerging technical capabilities into testable product concepts, using research and metrics to guide iteration.
- Own technical direction for 0-to-1 projects, balancing speed, reliability, and a clear path from prototype to scalable product.
- Partner with design, product, research, and engineering teams to dogfood, evaluate, launch, and transition successful experiments.
Requirements
- Track record of building and shipping end-to-end products in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
- Strong frontend engineering skills with sufficient backend and systems depth for full-stack architectural decisions.
- Product intuition combined with user research and product data to identify opportunities and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
- High degree of autonomy and ability to move quickly through ambiguity.
- Clear cross-disciplinary communication and willingness to learn as needed.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $295,000–$445,000.
