Responsibilities
Lead CRM architecture and implementation in Salesforce for Sales and Customer Success, ensuring data model, objects, and workflows support automation and AI.
Develop AI strategy and execute AI-powered tools/workflows for lead scoring, forecasting, automated follow-up, and deal insights.
Design and deploy automation to eliminate manual work across GTM org.
Own full GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, call recording/conversation intelligence (e.g., Gong, Chorus), integrations, and governance.
Drive data quality, CRM adoption, system reliability, and tool evaluations.
Build and lead a Systems team for CRM administration, marketing automation, and GTM tooling.
Requirements
8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems roles.
Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
Enthusiasm and practical experience with AI and automation in GTM.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot; familiarity with Gong, Chorus or similar.
Experience leading CRM migrations or major system transformations.
Systems thinker with scalable architecture focus and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Lead the technical GTM function for Narmi's digital banking platform.
