About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead business value assessments for largest deals and strategic customers, identifying key business drivers and quantifying value
  • Develop in-depth ROI/TCO value models to quantify business value
  • Facilitate blueprint and use case workshops with stakeholders to substantiate business cases, identify success criteria, drive customer success planning, change management, and enablement
  • Partner with sellers to lead value-based discovery sessions with technical and business stakeholders
  • Craft and deliver executive-level presentations to CxOs
  • Perform strategic analyses in support of sales opportunities
  • Develop and operationalize models, processes, and materials (e.g., talk tracks) for Business Value Program continuous improvement
  • Pilot, test, and validate new business value offerings with GTM teams
  • Assist with field enablement efforts including value selling training, curriculum design, and knowledge management
  • Build external presence via webinars and events

Requirements

  • 6+ years in related field with 4+ years in business value assessments, management/IT consulting advising senior stakeholders, enterprise sales, or equivalent
  • BA in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or analytical field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred)
  • Outstanding analytical abilities, verbal/written communication, presentation skills with C-suite experience
  • Strategic, consultative mindset
  • Experience building financial models and analyzing businesses
  • Passion for coaching, leading cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable with complex data sets, ambiguity, big picture and details
  • Experience in SaaS company with complex sales cycles

Compensation & Benefits

  • On-Target-Earnings: $200,000 - $250,000 annually (OTE, determined by location, level, knowledge, skills, experience)
