Staff Product Manager, AI Assistant
Own the product direction and quality of an AI assistant that helps users prepare for and follow up on meetings. The role requires 8–10 years of product management experience, assistant or generative AI experience, strong product and UX judgment, and 0-to-1 product-building experience.

Responsibilities
- Understand the work surrounding meetings, including user goals, time-consuming problems, and opportunities to simplify workflows.
- Turn those problems into an assistant that provides help at the right moments.
- Build trust in assistant outputs so users can gradually grant the product more autonomy.
- Ship quickly, put real product versions in front of users, observe responses, and iterate.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of varied product management experience across startups and scaled companies.
- Experience with assistant or agent products, or AI-generated content where voice and tone matter.
- Strong judgment regarding AI output quality.
- Strong product sense and UX design experience, with deep customer empathy.
- Experience building 0-to-1 products.
- Ability to work in the San Francisco office 1–3 times per week.
- Authorization to work lawfully in the United States without immigration sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected annual base salary varies by geographic pay zone and is determined based on experience, skills, interview performance, location, and internal pay equity.

- Occasional travel may be required for company events, collaboration, or offsites.
