Responsibilities
- Lead visual and experience design for high-impact web projects from concept through implementation, including responsive page design, navigation systems, conversion flows, and content frameworks.
- Translate complex business and product requirements into user-friendly, accessible, and visually compelling experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, content, brand, engineering, and copywriting teams to shape cohesive web experiences.
- Drive adoption of design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability.
- Champion UX best practices and WCAG/AA accessibility standards.
- Guide and synthesize user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and performance metrics to inform design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and content specialists.
- Contribute to UX/UI standards, design principles, and collaborative processes.
- Stay current with web trends, design tools, and industry innovations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of visual or product design experience focused on web and responsive platforms, preferably at a B2C or D2C services company.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and end-to-end user flows.
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and modern collaboration tools.
- Deep understanding of UX methodologies, content strategy, accessibility, and human-centered design.
- Experience developing multimedia, dynamic, and engaging web experiences.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with iterative design and development cycles.
- Proactive, self-directed approach and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant AI tools.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $116,000–$160,000 annually.
