Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic lead and executor of supply acquisition initiatives, strengthening an interviewer marketplace that keeps pace with customer demand.
- Leverage AI and data analysis to optimize the supply acquisition funnel from screening through conversion, ensuring the pipeline delivers high-quality talent.
- Identify untapped opportunities for sourcing high-quality Interview Engineers within existing hiring geographies and develop new approaches where no established playbook exists.
- Manage and coach a Program Manager and a Coordinator, building a team focused on growth and continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to drive acquisition programs and improve marketplace growth and supply health.
- Lead cross-functional projects that improve acquisition processes, aligning stakeholders and resources to implement scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketplace operations, supply acquisition, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or a related field within a high-growth environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing small, high-performing teams, with a track record of driving results through others.
- Demonstrated success executing acquisition, growth, or marketplace strategies that scale talent, contractor, or supply networks.
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools to inform sourcing, screening, or funnel optimization decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using data to define metrics, evaluate performance, and inform decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across operations, marketing, product, analytics, and customer-facing teams.
- Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Native-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates must reside in Mexico City and be authorized to work in Mexico. No visa sponsorship is provided.
Work Arrangement
- The team operates 100% remotely, but this position is limited to candidates residing in Mexico City.
