Product Manager, Enterprise Agent Platform

Own the strategy and end-to-end delivery of integrations, developer experience, deployment models, channels, and enterprise readiness for an AI agent platform. About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for developer experience, integrations, channels, and enterprise readiness.
  • Decide what to build natively, make self-service, or open for customers and partners to extend.
  • Partner with infrastructure and security teams on data handling, retention, and residency.
  • Drive channel and partner expansion with go-to-market and business development teams, including marketplace listings and co-sell motions.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through launch and adoption.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience, such as product management, founding, engineering, or research.
  • Experience building integrations, API platforms, or developer-facing products used by engineers.
  • Experience shipping products involving many systems, inconsistent APIs, and complex integration requirements.
  • Experience with enterprise security reviews, data handling, compliance artifacts, and deployment constraints.
  • Strong technical acumen, including APIs, authentication, deployment models, and system design.
  • Comfort working with enterprise customers during technical evaluations and security reviews.
  • Track record of shipping features that moved a meaningful metric in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Experience with iPaaS, API platforms, SDKs, RPA, or browser automation.
  • Experience with data privacy and residency requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or PCI.
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as financial services or healthcare.
  • Experience with headless, single-tenant, or on-premise deployments.
  • Experience building or scaling a partner or marketplace ecosystem.
  • Experience at a startup or high-growth company.

  • $232,000–$290,000 plus equity.
