Processes high-volume invoices, investigates billing discrepancies, and supports billing operations in a remote-first environment. Requires at least one year of fast-paced experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoicing in a fast-moving billing dashboard.
- Research billing discrepancies, identify patterns in billing errors, and make real-time judgment calls.
- Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting volume and speed expectations.
- Communicate with billing associates and the billing manager to surface issues and keep workflows on track.
- Support cross-functional billing projects and identify process inefficiencies.
- Work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. ET, with one Saturday per month.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical-thinking, attention-to-detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and work comfortably with billing, legal technology, and operations tools.
Nice to Have
- Startup experience.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
