Responsibilities
- Process participant requests for retirement-plan distributions and loans accurately and efficiently.
- Follow company procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards for all transactions.
- Handle a high volume of time-sensitive tickets while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Make outbound calls to participants to verify information or clarify request details.
- Email participants professionally to obtain required supporting documentation.
- Document participant interactions and outcomes accurately in Jira and other tracking systems.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve workflows and participant satisfaction.
- Accept coaching and continuously develop relevant skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, Aircall, or similar task-management and CRM software.
- Understanding of retirement-plan processes, including loans and distributions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for participant outreach and documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and grow in the role.
- Experience in high-volume, detail-oriented environments is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected base salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually.
- Eligible for participation in the Company Bonus Pool.
