Qualifications
5–10 years of software development experience with most recent experience as a Development Manager or Team Lead
Solid experience with the software development life cycle (gathering requirements, analysis and design, development, release and version control, deployment management)
Good experience with Agile development methodologies, Java SDK 1.5 or higher, and utilizing SQL
Previous experience utilizing: Java Web Applications, Servlets, Servlet Filters, JSP, JSTL, JDBC, Spring Framework 3.x or higher (including Spring MVC), Microsoft SQL Server, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Web service platforms
