Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for Karat’s interview platform.
- Help define the roadmap for the product suite.
- Evaluate how AI can provide stronger signals and measures of candidates’ technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy in the evolving technical assessment market.
- Prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Partner with engineering, content, and UX teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Analyze assessment data to improve accuracy.
- Design experiments to evaluate different approaches.
- Leverage candidate performance data to enhance assessment signals.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with go-to-market teams on expansion strategies.
- Develop business cases for new offerings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience working on B2B and B2C offerings.
- Ideally, prior experience working as a software developer.
- Experience working directly with B2B clients in a SaaS environment, including customer discovery calls and QBRs.
- Ability to translate enterprise feedback into product decisions.
- Demonstrated experience defining, launching, selling, and scaling successful products with proven business impact.
- Ability to engage with senior, highly technical leaders at large enterprises on evaluating core software developer fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience with executive presentations, communicating business value and product features, and gaining executive buy-in.
- Candidates must reside in Bengaluru.
