Own customer-facing causal marketing measurement engagements, from model configuration and QA through interpretation, recommendations, escalations, and enablement. The role requires direct MMM experience, marketing experimentation knowledge, and strong customer communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Measurement Strategy Managers throughout the causal Marketing Mix Modeling (cMMM) lifecycle, from kickoff and method presentation through model release, interpretation, enablement, and action planning.
- Translate cMMM results into planning and budgeting improvements across channels and markets.
- Configure and QA model inputs and outputs, review updates, and explain method, model, scope, and multi-KPI changes.
- Own escalations involving business reviews, planning sessions, complex cMMM questions, custom covariates, model changes, and technical customer re-engagement.
- Deliver high-quality models and follow-ups, including deep-dive prototypes, scenario work, before-and-after narratives, and renewal narratives.
- Define repeatable MMM engagement practices and build playbooks, templates, and documentation.
- Design and supervise AI workflows for cMMM, creating guardrails and training data for safe automation.
- Provide structured customer feedback to product, science, and engineering teams; support case studies, bakeoffs, and pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct Marketing Mix Modeling experience, including model-building exposure, interpretation, and recommendation-making.
- Experience with incrementality testing or other marketing experimentation.
- General understanding of the marketing measurement landscape.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to navigate messy media data and translate complex models into actionable campaign decisions.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage environments while managing multiple customers and building processes.
- Experience communicating product feedback to technical teams.
- Understanding of causal MMM, incrementality, experimentation, model updates, and customer-facing measurement delivery.
