Senior backend engineer responsible for scaling ClickPipes’ real-time data onboarding platform and evolving its cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and reliability. Requires 5+ years of backend experience plus strong Golang, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud-native architecture expertise.

Responsibilities
- Enhance and scale the high-performance data onboarding platform to handle increasing real-time data volumes.
- Own and evolve infrastructure across multiple cloud providers, including AWS and planned expansion to Google Cloud and Azure.
- Improve deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational processes.
- Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions affecting platform scalability and resilience.
- Participate in on-call rotations, maintain system reliability, and respond to production incidents.
- Continuously improve systems using operational metrics, customer feedback, and changing business requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience building backend systems.
- Expertise in Golang, Kubernetes, and Terraform or a comparable infrastructure-as-code tool.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and solid knowledge of at least one major cloud service provider.
- Strong production debugging and complex problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a high-velocity environment.
- Customer-focused approach to product and platform improvements.
