QC Technician (TX)

What You'll Do

• QC dentures and night guards to fabricate high-grade dental products in a fast-paced environment, following detailed specifications from the order form to double check work against doctor expectations.
• Serve as the go-to individual with firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and capacity improvement opportunities to drive high quality products.
• Troubleshoot and solve process, equipment, and/or technology issues in a large scale and fast paced dental lab.
• Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards (e.g., polishing protocols) and lead by example.
• Work with other team members to identify and quickly address bottlenecks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Robust vision capabilities and attention to detail, including depth perception and color.
• Passion for tackling problems and breaking them down into smaller manageable steps.
• High level of comfort with digital tools and technology.
• Very high attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team player attitude and willingness to help others.
• Strong ability to maintain a clean work area and keep equipment, tools, and supplies clean.
• Natural curiosity and ability to learn new concepts, tools, and workflows quickly.
• Strong self-motivation, self-direction, and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Experience in a dental lab, specifically fabricating, finishing, and/or QC’ing dentures and night guards.
