QC Technician (TX)
QC Technician responsible for inspecting dentures and night guards in a fast-paced digital dental lab to ensure highest quality standards and meet customer deadlines. Requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, ability to lift 50lbs, and comfort with digital tools; dental lab experience is a plus.

What You'll Do
- QC dentures and night guards to fabricate high-grade dental products in a fast-paced environment, following detailed specifications from the order form to double check work against doctor expectations.
- Serve as the go-to individual with firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and capacity improvement opportunities to drive high quality products.
- Troubleshoot and solve process, equipment, and/or technology issues in a large scale and fast paced dental lab.
- Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards (e.g., polishing protocols) and lead by example.
- Work with other team members to identify and quickly address bottlenecks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Robust vision capabilities and attention to detail, including depth perception and color.
- Passion for tackling problems and breaking them down into smaller manageable steps.
- High level of comfort with digital tools and technology.
- Very high attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player attitude and willingness to help others.
- Strong ability to maintain a clean work area and keep equipment, tools, and supplies clean.
