Technical Production Operations Engineer Intern
Supports production operations by monitoring batch processes, troubleshooting issues, documenting procedures, and collaborating with technical teams in a 24/7 environment. Responsibilities
- Monitor and support automated batch processing jobs.
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution under the guidance of senior team members.
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge bases.
- Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them.
- Communicate with internal teams and contribute to proactive issue prevention.
- Manage client expectations through excellent communication.
- Partner with internal departments to deliver customer service.
- Develop and refine technical documentation.
- Participate in shift work, including evenings and early mornings, as part of a 24/7 support team.
Requirements
- Interest in technical operations and enterprise software support.
- Knowledge of, understanding of, or interest in the financial sector.
- Ability to balance and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Collaborative interpersonal skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.

- Progress toward a BA or BS degree; a BS degree in Finance or Computer Science is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $19–$22 USD per hour.
