Technical Production Operations Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support automated batch processing jobs.
• Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution under the guidance of senior team members.
• Document technical procedures and update knowledge bases.
• Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them.
• Communicate with internal teams and contribute to proactive issue prevention.
• Manage client expectations through excellent communication.
• Partner with internal departments to deliver customer service.
• Develop and refine technical documentation.
• Participate in shift work, including evenings and early mornings, as part of a 24/7 support team.

Requirements

• Interest in technical operations and enterprise software support.
• Knowledge of, understanding of, or interest in the financial sector.
• Ability to balance and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Collaborative interpersonal skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with good judgment and the ability to plan and accomplish goals in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle problem situations quickly, inventively, and resourcefully.
• Progress toward a BA or BS degree; a BS degree in Finance or Computer Science is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $19–$22 USD per hour.
