About the role
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy balancing field product enablement and partner enablement.
Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Product Marketing leadership to create training aligned with core competencies and business goals.
Maintain a continuous learning program covering product launches, demo and discovery excellence, partner readiness, competitive selling, persona/vertical enablement, and certifications.
Train and reinforce consistent positioning of Glean’s platform, AI capabilities, and product value across field teams and partners.
Develop content supporting product adoption, field execution, and partner effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze enablement effectiveness using data to optimize programs.
Facilitate training sessions for internal teams and partners.
Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, product enablement, partner enablement, sales, or related GTM roles in enterprise environments.
Proven track record building and scaling enablement programs for field teams and/or partner ecosystems.
Strong preference for experience with AI products, AI platform positioning, or enabling audiences on AI capabilities.
Strong preference for Command of the Message or similar value-based methodology experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management, organizational, and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in content management systems and enablement tools.
Knowledge of sales processes, partner motions, and customer journey mapping.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $165,000 - $187,000 annually.
Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, generous time-off, home office stipend, annual education and wellness stipends.
