Intern Strategic Program Management

Strategic Program Management Intern supporting executive-led programs across Value Engineering and related teams. The role involves data-driven analysis, stakeholder coordination, program execution, risk management, and executive reporting; applicants should be current students available full-time for at least five months.

Responsibilities

Enable and shape data-driven decision-making for management using Celonis AI capabilities.
Design and conceptualize strategic programs, including data analysis.
Support and oversee program execution from inception to completion.
Coordinate and guide stakeholders across participating organizational streams.
Own specific program streams and ensure their success.
Identify and mitigate risks to support smooth program delivery.
Report program progress and outcomes to executive management.

Requirements

Current student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technology & Management, Economics, or a comparable program.
Ability to work autonomously in highly ambiguous situations.
Stakeholder management and project management skills.
Financial modeling experience in Google Sheets.
Confidence presenting to C-level executives and larger audiences.
Consulting experience and strong interest in data analytics.
Passion for technology, data, OpenAI, and large language models.
Full-time availability for at least five months starting in October or November 2026.
