Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Build and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Design and implement A/B tests and statistical analyses.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define analytics requirements.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly and actionably to stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor key metrics.
- Stay current with trends and technologies in data science and AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with big data tools such as Spark and Hadoop.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including S3, SageMaker, and Airflow.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Work Arrangement
- Office-first model requiring at least three days per week on-site.
