Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle for new SMB customers, from outreach and discovery through deal close.
Nurture leads, prospect for new business, and provide post-purchase support during customers’ first year.
Conduct detailed discovery to identify prospect pain points, build stakeholder relationships, and recommend appropriate products and features.
Understand buying committee needs and motivations to tailor messaging, build business cases, and drive purchasing decisions.
Deliver targeted product demonstrations using product knowledge and discovery insights.
Partner with Sales Engineering to support product adoption and proof-of-concept activities.
Provide proactive support and follow-up while maintaining accurate CRM records in Salesforce.
Become an expert in PDQ’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry achievement; self-learners are welcome.
2+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive in a closing role.
Proven quota attainment.
Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Experience in the IT or IT security industry is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build authentic business relationships.
Ability to proactively solve technical and commercial customer obstacles.
Strong attention to detail, organization, goal orientation, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to learn new SaaS products, demonstrate them at a high level, and bring in technical resources for deeper requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $119,000–$130,000, with 50% base salary and 50% performance-based compensation.
