Responsibilities
- Drive invoices and revenue by analyzing supply data and improving supply health, booking conversion, and Tasker quality across activation, billing, retention, and churn.
- Acquire quality Taskers when needed and manage supply alignment across assigned metropolitan areas.
- Act as a regional subject-matter expert by monitoring market performance, responding to trends, and tailoring local supply tactics.
- Coach Taskers through group sessions, in person and virtually, throughout the Tasker lifecycle.
- Increase participation in scaled lifecycle programs and determine effective communication channels.
- Use data-driven insights to identify lifecycle gaps, recommend cross-functional improvements, and communicate business impact.
- Design and lead experiments that improve supply alignment and Tasker success.
- Maintain expertise in product features, explain them to Taskers, and validate and submit bug reports.
- Lead community engagement activities such as office hours, profile workshops, and Tasker socials.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Support, Partnerships, Marketing, Legal, and Commercial Operations teams.
- Share learnings and best practices with the global Tasker Operations team.
- Travel up to 10% for metro-specific and team events.
Requirements
- Based in San Francisco or within an easily commutable distance.
- 4+ years of experience in marketplace operations, customer success, community management, or comparable work.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong data fluency and ability to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency with BI tools, Google Workspace, and customer success tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing community programs across multiple metropolitan areas or countries.
- SQL and Sigma proficiency.
- Marketplace or gig-economy experience.
