Leads post-sales enablement for OpenAI products, designing and delivering workshops, training, and adoption programs for enterprise business and technical audiences. Requires 6+ years in customer-facing, enablement, or instructional roles and strong AI product fluency, presentation, and advisory skills.

Responsibilities
- Own enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, across enterprise business and technical teams.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for designated product areas; support internal enablement, identify emerging customer use cases, and synthesize feedback for product development.
- Lead customer enablement throughout onboarding, expansion, optimization, and long-term adoption.
- Design and deliver onboarding sessions, advanced capability training, executive briefings, hackathons, and hands-on workshops.
- Drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value through structured enablement programs.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Delivery Leads to drive adoption.
- Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to improve products and programs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing, enablement, or instructional roles in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience engaging C-level, business, and technical audiences.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including translating AI capabilities into practical value for senior and executive audiences.
- Strong product fluency across ChatGPT, Agents, and the broader OpenAI ecosystem.
- Experience leading workshops and enablement programs, designing learning journeys, facilitating live sessions, and responding to questions in real time.
- Ability to identify customer patterns and create scalable adoption approaches.
- Ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes such as productivity, efficiency, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and revenue impact.
- Ability to adapt quickly in live customer environments while maintaining clarity, ownership, and momentum.
- Commitment to the safe and responsible evolution of AI.
