DevOps Engineer

The DevOps Engineer will design and operate AWS and hybrid infrastructure, improve CI/CD reliability, and strengthen disaster recovery and business continuity. The role requires 5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience, strong AWS proficiency, and hands-on infrastructure-as-code expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure systems, including AWS cloud services, data centers, co-location facilities, and network connectivity.
  • Improve the reliability and scalability of software delivery pipelines and disaster recovery systems.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams on system migrations, critical-system monitoring, and day-to-day operations.
  • Build and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the engineering team.
  • Manage and evolve CI/CD pipelines supporting product delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency with AWS services.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code, such as CloudFormation, CDK, Troposphere, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of IT operations, platform services, and system reliability practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ECS, Lambda, Docker, GitHub Actions/workflows, and Python or Java.
  • Experience working with or coordinating across distributed and international offices.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: $90,000–$115,000.
