Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Owns lifecycle marketing strategy, automation, experimentation, and reporting for SuppCo across email, push, and in-app channels. The role requires 6+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience, strong analytics, and hands-on expertise with Iterable or a comparable platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own SuppCo’s lifecycle marketing end to end, including strategy, execution, and reporting across email, push, and in-app messaging.
  • Build SuppCo’s lifecycle automation foundation in Iterable, including onboarding, engagement, conversion, replenishment, and winback journeys.
  • Use Iterable Catalog to match SuppCo’s product feed to member stacks and deliver personalized supplement recommendations at scale.
  • Partner with the Growth creative team and AI-assisted content engine to brief, refine, and ship on-brand campaigns.
  • Define and track lifecycle KPIs, including activation, repeat purchase rate, lifetime value, and churn.
  • Run a disciplined experimentation program and use results to guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with SuppCo product and Function Lifecycle teams to connect SuppCo journeys with the broader member experience.
  • Provide lifecycle support for new SuppCo-related launches, including credits, family plans, and add-on offerings.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience, ideally at a high-growth e-commerce or subscription consumer brand.
  • Hands-on expertise in Iterable or a comparable email service provider such as Braze or Klaviyo, including journey building, segmentation, dynamic content, and deliverability.
  • Proven experience building lifecycle programs from scratch and scaling them into meaningful revenue drivers.
  • Strong analytical skills, including defining KPIs, designing experiments, and turning data into decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with product, creative, and data partners.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted content workflows and automating repeatable work.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and the company’s mission.

  • Basic HTML email skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL or product analytics tools.
