Software Engineer, New Grad
Build and operate production software across product or infrastructure teams, using technologies such as TypeScript, React, Python, Rust, Kafka, ClickHouse, and Kubernetes. The role is designed for new graduates with a computer science degree, internship or equivalent experience, and foundational software engineering skills.

Responsibilities
- Work across Product or Infrastructure Engineering, depending on team match.
- Build with the stack used by the assigned team:
- Product: TypeScript, React, Python, and Django.
- Infrastructure: Python, Rust, Kafka, ClickHouse, and Kubernetes.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and operating software in production.
- Communicate effectively with engineers on the team, engineers on other teams, and stakeholders such as product managers.
- Act on feedback, coaching, and mentorship from managers and teammates.
Qualifications
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science or a similar degree program.
- At least one previous internship or equivalent practical experience.
- Implementation skills in one or more general-purpose programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with version control and unit testing.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $145,000–$150,000.
- Eligibility for employee benefit plans and programs applicable to the position, including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage.
