Responsibilities

  • Hire, mentor, and grow a senior team capable of operating with high autonomy and quality from day one.
  • Establish engineering standards for testing, observability, and AI-driven development practices.
  • Collaborate deeply with product and design as a product-threaded team with shared ownership of outcomes.
  • Cultivate an AI-first development culture and continuously raise the bar on velocity and quality.
  • Lead cross-functional technical and customer-facing feature delivery.
  • Work with engineering leadership, product, operations, QA, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of SaaS software engineering experience, ideally with contemporary technology stacks and complex, stable backend infrastructure.
  • 2–3+ years of people management experience leading a software team, including hiring, mentoring, and creating career opportunities.
  • Strong technical acumen, people-management skills, and understanding of product business value.
  • Experience building and delivering web-enabled SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of testing and deploying systems in multicloud and multitenant environments.
  • Experience architecting systems that integrate agentic and generative AI capabilities.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Redux, Node.js, Golang, MongoDB, Postgres, and Docker.
