Contracts Manager responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts end-to-end while building scalable AI-assisted processes and templates. Requires strong experience with standard commercial agreements, fast contract analysis, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate standard commercial contracts including procurement contracts, technology licenses, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Own contract queue end to end from intake to signature, maintaining turnaround times that the business can plan around.
- Build scalable machinery such as templates, playbooks, and AI-assisted review processes to handle growing contract volume without increasing the queue.
- Work across legal, finance, and procurement teams to ensure terms, approvals, and obligations remain connected after signature.
Requirements
- Experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of standard commercial contracts and closing them independently.
- Ability to read contracts quickly, identify key terms, and explain their importance concisely.
- Serious prior use of AI for contract review, analysis, or research.
- Experience building or improving templates and playbooks that accelerate contracting processes.
- Capacity to manage a heavy deal load while maintaining deadlines and quality.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with data center or infrastructure contracts.
- Depth in technology licensing and procurement.
- Background in compliance framework implementation.
- Paralegal or law degree.
