About the role
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end negotiations for intricate, high-value agreements.
Negotiate commercial terms, including payment schedules, cost structures aligned with cash flow, and strategic credit discounting.
Manage relationships with critical suppliers to secure favorable infrastructure terms.
Serve as the primary liaison between Procurement and Legal.
Review complex contract clauses, translate commercial requirements into legal frameworks, and streamline contract execution.
Analyze procurement data and vendor proposals to forecast expenses, mitigate supply chain risks, and drive cost improvements without sacrificing quality or deployment speed.
Collaborate with engineering teams and finance leadership to understand technical requirements and align procurement strategies with product delivery timelines and company growth goals.
Requirements
Extensive experience managing the full procurement lifecycle, especially negotiating and completing complex enterprise-level contracts.
Deep familiarity with financial structuring in contracts, including payment terms, capital expenditures, cash flow, and credit discounting.
Strong ability to navigate and review complex legal language while working with legal counsel.
Strategic problem-solving skills, including addressing supply chain bottlenecks and structuring financially beneficial vendor agreements.
Successful completion of a background check.
