Own the platform foundation that enables Tabs engineers to ship faster, including build systems, CI/CD, infrastructure, developer tooling, and operational tooling. The role requires 5+ years of software engineering experience, startup ownership, cloud infrastructure expertise, and production systems experience.

Responsibilities
- Own platform and infrastructure work that shortens the path from commit to production.
- Build and evolve build systems, CI/CD, and developer tooling used by the engineering team.
- Improve observability and operational tooling so problems surface early and are easier to diagnose.
- Make pragmatic platform tradeoffs on behalf of the engineering organization and communicate the reasoning.
- Partner with product engineering teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Write production-quality code and automation across the stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Startup experience with ownership of broad technical surface areas during a growth stage.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and build tooling.
- Fluency in TypeScript, Python, or a similar modern programming language.
- Experience operating production systems and reasoning about failure modes.
- Strong foundation in computer science and coding.
