Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial performance across sales, marketing, and customer data to identify growth opportunities, key drivers, and performance trends.
- Develop methodologies to measure the financial impact and ROI of campaigns, partnerships, and product initiatives.
- Translate data into clear, compelling insights that inform strategic decisions and business cases.
- Build dynamic dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy stakeholders to define KPIs, track outcomes, and influence revenue strategy.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in commercial analyses.
- Contribute to revenue projections and scenario modeling.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI and automation tools.
- Implement scalable automation solutions for repetitive tasks and explore emerging AI tools that improve team workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or commercial insights roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of ROI modeling, financial metrics, and business performance analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and actionably.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to connect detailed analysis to business impact.
- Experience collaborating across functions to communicate data-driven recommendations.
- Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment and travel periodically.
