Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed UI specifications to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Ensure designs align with the overall product vision, user needs, and business goals.
- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and deliverables.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the evolution of our design system and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional visual design skills, strong product thinking, solid prototyping skills and spike high in interaction design.
- 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
